The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on the 25th May, 2018. At Right Hand HR we have been working hard to ensure we comply with this new regulation and we just want to put you in the picture as to how this may affect you.

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, phone number and IP Address, as well as bank details that you submit to help us process payments.   We store and use information you submit to use in accordance with the data Protections Acts 1988 and 2003 (as amended) and GDPR.

The new Data Protection Law requires us to seek your permission to remain in contact with you. We really value our communication with you.
One of the key requirements of the GDPR is that all companies handling personal information create a Data Protection Notice and make it available to its clients. With our privacy statement you are in control of the personal data we hold for you. It allows you to ability to access your personal information and also withdraw your consent at any time.  The choice will be always be yours.

In order to be compliant with the new legislation, we are required to obtain and hold on file your explicit consent to retain your personal data for this purpose.
